Hilary Key is the Founder and President of Bright Artists, a non-profit teaching art to students at no cost based on their financial/personal needs. She is CEO and Owner of three private art studios in Orange County, CA, having directed that program since 1999. Hilary has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Art Institute of Chicago.
